On the afternoon of February 26, 2020, Feng Fei, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, came to Weike to conduct research on resumption of work and production, epidemic prevention and control, and safety production, and carried out the “three services” activities. Liang Qun, a member of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the District Committee, Chen Zhongzhao, a member of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, and district leaders Lin Bin and Pan Qunwei participated in the event.

During his visit to Ningbo Weike Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Feng Fei went deep into the workshop to carefully inspect the company’s resumption of work and production, epidemic prevention and control, and safety production measures, and inquired about the impact of the epidemic on the company’s operations.  Upon learning that the company had detailed plans for resuming work and production and crisis response, and was confident in the recovery of production, Feng Fei expressed his appreciation.

Feng Fei pointed out that Weike Optoelectronics has excellent business performance and strong core competitiveness, leading in product research and development as well as technological innovation, making it a real “hidden champion.”  He emphasized that all levels of Party committees and governments must do their best to help companies overcome difficulties and minimize losses and the impact of the epidemic.  While the epidemic prevention and control situation in Beilun has been relatively stable and controllable in the previous stage, Feng Fei warned against complacency.  It is necessary to continue implementing epidemic prevention measures in accordance with the deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and Government, strictly guard against imported cases, and carry out the “three services” activities to help companies solve urgent problems and accelerate the resumption of work and production to ensure the completion of the annual economic and social development goals.
