Introduction to the working principle of the safety light curtain:

One side of the light curtain is installed at equal intervals with a number of infrared transmitter tubes, the other side of the corresponding number of the same arrangement of infrared receiver tubes, each infrared transmitter tube corresponds to a corresponding infrared receiver tubes, and is installed in the same straight line. When there is no obstacle between the infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver in the same straight line, the modulated signal (optical signal) from the infrared transmitter can reach the infrared receiver smoothly. Infrared receiver tube receives the modulation signal, the corresponding internal circuit output low level, while in the case of obstacles, the modulation signal issued by the infrared transmitter tube (light signal) can not reach the infrared receiver tube, then the infrared receiver tube can not receive the modulation signal, the corresponding internal circuit output is high level. When there is no object through the light curtain, all the modulation signals (light signals) emitted by the infrared transmitter tube can reach the corresponding infrared receiver tube on the other side of the smooth, so that all the internal circuit output low level. In this way, the presence or absence of an object can be detected by analyzing the state of the internal circuits.
