From October 13th to October 16th, 2015, the annual Germany International Elevator, Parts and Accessories Exhibition was grandly held at the Augsburg Exhibition Center in Germany. As a globally renowned elevator curtain supplier, our company attached great importance to this exhibition and made thorough preparations for it. In the golden October, with the lingering heat of the National Day holiday still present, our company chairman, Mr. Qiu, led the sales team ahead to Germany to participate the exhibition in advance.
The Germany International Elevator, Parts and Accessories Exhibition (INTERLIFT 2015) was established in 1991 and is held biennially. It has been held for 12 consecutive sessions and is one of the world’s top elevator machinery manufacturing and parts technology professional exhibitions. It is also one of the largest and most influential exhibitions in the global elevator industry, providing a platform for product display, experience exchange, trade negotiations, and market expansion for elevator companies worldwide.
Our company participated in this exhibition for the first time in 2013. The 2013 exhibition had 628 exhibitors from over 40 countries around the world, with a total attendance of 18,900 visitors. The Chinese delegation included 58 participating and visiting companies. The participation of the Chinese delegation ensured the internationalization of the exhibition and expanded its influence in Asia, while also playing a positive role in further integrating China’s elevator industry into the European market.
This was our company’s second participation in the exhibition. This time, we had two booths: one set up by our European agent in Hall 1 and another set up by our headquarters in a three-sided channel booth located in Hall 3, booth number 3126. Both booths were described as “high-class” in terms of design layout and product display. The booth designs were clear and concise, accurately highlighting company information and reflecting our corporate culture. In terms of products, we showcased our latest patented products available domestically.
The number of visitors at this exhibition was impressive, with a constant stream of visitors exploring the booths. Most booths were crowded with visitors carrying materials collected for their future procurement needs.
During the exhibition, we actively introduced our company and products to visitors, engaged in sincere exchanges with major domestic and international elevator exhibiting companies with whom we have long-term partnerships. Our partners expressed hope for Microtech’s future, and both sides looked forward to further strengthening cooperation and mutual development.
For our domestic sales team, this exhibition was fruitful. It provided an opportunity to meet old clients face-to-face and engage in discussions with new clients, creating a positive atmosphere for future cooperation. Additionally, our domestic sales team had close exchanges with European agents, sharing insights on the current elevator industry market trends, perceptions, and prospects.
